Soft cheese made exclusively from freshly collected cow’s milk. It has a thin white rind due to the development of noble molds, characteristic of Penicillium candidum, which characterize its flavor.
Its sweet taste hints of milk, cream and tender grass.
Seasoning: about 15 days.
Grammage: about 500 gr.
