The Chiodetti family is descended from Abruzzese shepherds, who led sheep on transhumance in the Tuscia Viterbese area. This land became the ultimate home for farming, ranching and dairy farming.

The typicality comes from an ancient product that over the years then is improved, revised, acquiring over the years more knowledge also of what is the actual dairy technology, so the microbiology of milk, the activities of enzymes and ferments, we have improved the products as taste and as consistency.
Attention to Quality, with control of the production process from receiving milk to packaging the finished product, have always been the focus of development and research strategies.
