We process Tuscia milk, produced by cattle and sheep cared for with care and respect. We have created a close alliance with all the players in the supply chain, starting with Cooperativa Zootecnica Viterbese, in order to have the maximum guarantees on the feeding of the animals, on the farming methods, and on the quality of the milk, the chemical and organoleptic characteristics of which we check daily in each barn.
