Chiodetti Cheeses are made from km0 cow and sheep milk, freshly collected. They are the result of research and experimentation in conjunction with the experience of the Master Cheesemaker (Gianni). Production takes place inside rooms that are subdivided ad hoc for different stages of drying and aging, depending on the type of cheese.
